[Back to Seekers. Where our motto is 'Better late than never!' Although, Late is a good term for the people they found by the shrine.] [After the shrine, everyone headed back towards town. There are lights along the streets. Yay!] [Session Start.] * Shan immediately takes in the scene. "I suppose this means the attacks have stopped. * Naiya is armored and shiny again when she gets there, although she still looks the worse for wear. * Nasira nods as she walks. "I think we got most of them." She hasn't been looking too happy. * Naiya nods somwhat. "I suppose." * Nasira looks around as she enters town, heading for the girl's place. * Naiya splits off, with a less-than-enthusiastic wave. "I am heading back to the ship." * Shan heads towards a shop. "And if you'll excuse me a moment...." Sure, boss. [Nasira finds the closed house nearby. The house is silent.] * Naiya calls back before she's out of earshot. "Oh, if you wouldn't mind, pick up something to eat? I'm going to start making a meal when I get back, get something to go with that please?" * Nasira frowns and doesn't respond to Naiya's words. She knocks on the door. [A voice calls through the door. It's the same girl's voice. "Who is it?"] * Nasira sighs. This isn't going to be easy. "Nasira. I was here before." [The girl opens it a crack. She frowns a little. "Sorry. I thought you were my sister. Or maybe father." * Nasira blinks with her one eye. She looks like hell, still, all bandaged up and bruised and cut and crushed under rocks but somehow standing. She crouches to get a better look at the kid. ( God knows how she can make a mistake like that >.> ) I'm not either of those things. Do you want me to leave? [The girl looks up at Nasira. She almost peers at her, but doesn't take a step back. "You're sure you're not a zombie?" (It's not like Nasira spoke before she said "who is it?" >.>) * Nasira grins. "Nah. I'm just sure I kill zombies." [She looks at Nasira steadily and blinks. "Well, what did you come back here for?" * Nasira shrugs. "I didn't find your father. I thought you wanted to know." She stands to her full height. [The girl frowns. Her head droops a little. "You...didn't. Okay.." She looks noticeably dejected.] Yeah. I'm sorry. [Girl looks down for a second. "Would you..." She then looks up at Nasira. "Would you like to come in?"] * Nasira nods. "Yeah." She pauses, then says, "Sure." [The girl opens the door wider. The house looks a little worse for wear, but still is a cosy place. There's a small fire burning in the fireplace, and some cushioned seating around the area. To the side is the makings of a kitchen and stairs upstairs.] * Nasira walks in. "Thanks, kid. What's your name?" Um... Cecilia. Cecilia Farnhimmel. * Cecilia looks up at Nasira and sort of starts for the kitchen. "Can I get you something to drink?" * Nasira looks a little puzzled. "If you want, k- Cecilia." She looks around, then eventually has a seat on one of the chairs in the living room. * Nasira pulls her sheathed saif and knife out of her sash, then sets them next to her: still in easy reach, but they're not uncomfortable as she sits. * Cecilia comes in holding a shakey tray. It looks like she's having a bit of trouble balancing it. "Here's...your..." She oofs as she tries to catch it, just making it wobble. Whoa. * Nasira stands and walks over, catching the tray. "I got it," she says as she moves it from the kid's hands. And, come to think of it, I never fully introduced myself to you. Do you know how we do that in Caladeem? ( "We stab out each others' eye." ) (I've only introduced myself once!) * Cecilia looks relieved at her catching the tray. "Thank you. Errrm. No. how?" ( Where in Chu-Lin, we bake each other pies. ) (HATE pie) * Nasira grins and holds the tray to one side, performing a half-bow without shaking it. "I am Nasira Zehil, daughter to Kamil and Hala Zahil, student to Mirza Saleh." She straightens. "And my services, for the time being, are yours, Cecilia Farnhimmel." * Cecilia blinks and her voice cracks a little. "What...."services"?" Well, I want to find your dad. ( Nasira's a traitor! ) * Nasira walks back to the chair and sits down, setting the tray on her lap. "The zombie killing business doesn't work too well when there aren't any more zombies to kill. Is your sister missing, too?" * Cecilia shakes her head. "No. Actually..." She hesitates a little. "She takes care of me. She has ever since Dad went away." She frowns a little. "She says...she says he's not coming back though." * Nasira nods. She looks at what's in the cup. What's your dad's name? [It's looks black. It smells like leaves. It's tea. Now if Nasira's had the pleasure of tea, she might know what it tastes like!] * Nasira has. Before she got locked up in Chu-Lin, in fact. She has a sip. * Cecilia looks distracted for a moment then back to Nasira. "Huh? Oh...sorry. It's been a while since someone's asked me that." * Nasira looks up and grins at Cecilia. [This tastes a far sight different than Chu-lin tea. More Earl Grey-ish] I've met a lot of people. Maybe I met your dad and didn't even know it. ( Maybe you cut him up real gewd ) (Could've!) You think so? (And for some reason, I keep wanting to call her Camilla. Stupid FMA game. >.>) * Nasira shrugs. "Could be." So, want to help me out? Huh? But you're a *zombie slayer* How can I possibly help *you*? * Nasira shakes her finger. "I might be a zombie slayer, but I don't know everything. You tell me your dad's name, and maybe you can help me recognize him." She has another gulp of tea. ... oh... You want me to guess? No... no, that's not it. I'm... *she frowns* He just told me never to say it to strangers... * Nasira waves with her mug. "That's okay." She leans back, making herself more comfortable. "How about I guess, and you tell me if I'm right or not?" * Cecilia nods. Okay. * Nasira hmms, rolling her head back to look at the ceiling with her one good eye, then turns her attention back to Cecilia. "Louis Farnhimmel." * Cecilia starts to take the tray back towards the kitchen, now that she's done with it, leaving the mug. She stops at the name and almost falters with the tray again. * She then turns around towards Nasira. "You know Daddy?" * Nasira nods. "Yeah." She has a drink of her tea. "I guess I know him." How? * Nasira shrugs and says, conversationally, "Was chasin' some sort of assassin or something that tried to kill my boss with fireballs. He lost me, and I ran into your dad while trying to track him down." Your boss? Yeah, you met her. She's Chu-Linese. "Oh." *She frowns a little bit* The only one *I* really remember is the vampire. * Nasira laughs. "There were no vampires, kid. I promise." ... promise? * Nasira crosses her heart with her free hand. "And hope to die." Stick a needle in your eye? ( She made the promise once! ) (She did. ^^) ( And look where it got her :P ) Yup. The good one, too. (Mwaha.) If you break it, I will cry. * Nasira nods seriously. "And I don't want that to happen." [Session Pause]
