[Shan comes up on the bow.  She sees Virgil coming up behind her out of the 
corner of her eye.  Ahead is the steering wheel.
* Shan looks for the captain!
[Shan doesn't seem to be able to find the captain just yet from all the 
mistiness around.  She'll need more time to search.]
[We'll do Virgil's turn at the same time.  He comes up upon Shan!]
<Virgil> Hey Jake!  Where are you?!
[Virgil gets no response]
* Virgil frowns and starts casting. Maybe a little breeze will make things 
easier to see.
[Virgil blows some of the mist away.  The cap'n is there, slumped over the 
steering wheel.]
* Virgil turns the captain over and checks his pulse.
[The captain's pulse is fine.  He just seems to be unconscious.  Shan can act 
too.]
* Shan moves over to the captain. "Hmm."
<Virgil> I'm thinking we should wake him.
* Shan nods and shakes the captain.
* Virgil lets Shan shake him. ^^;
[The captain doesn't wake up to the shaking.]
* Shan gives him a small jolt.
[The captain blinks away. "Huh..?"]
<Shan> Captain, are you alright?
<Shan> We have a serious situation.
<Virgil> The crew's goin' crazy.
<Shan> Yes. Like I said, it's pretty serious.
[Shan hears an explosion back where she came from!]
* Shan glances that way quickly, then back to the captain. "Captain, what 
happened to you?"
[The captain groans. "Don't remember...urrgh..."]
<Virgil> Great, great...
* Shan frowns. "Your men are acting strange, like they're turning traitor."
<Shan> You must come talk with them.
* Shan grabs the captain and tugs.
[Jake staggers with Shan.]
<Shan> Virgil, come with me. I'll need your help.
* Virgil helps move Jake too. "Com'on Captain. We have work to do."
<Shan> How are you feeling?
<Virgil> Which one of us?
<Shan> The captain, of course.
* Shan checks him over quickly for any wounds that stand out.
[The captain responds with a groan.]
<Virgil> Of course, of course.
* Shan frowns to herself. "No injuries..."
